How to apply for taking NAT-UG or NAT-PG In Online mode:
- Candidate desirous of taking the NAT test (NAT-UG/ NAT-PG) in online mode can register themselves online through the www.natindia.com website. The entrance exam will be conducted at Authorized Testing Centers. The step wise process to be followed by the candidates is as under:
- Candidate should select the ‘New Registration’ option for opening a log in account for candidature. There is no amount required to be submitted in this step.
- On selection of ‘New Registration’ the E- Application Form will open. The candidate should fill in the desired details and submit it with save option. With this step; you will get your unique Registration Id and Password on your registered e-mail ID. This ID and Password will be used for through out the testing procedure and hence should be noted carefully.
- The Fees for NAT-UG / NAT-PG Online mode test is Rs. 750/-. This fees is payable through Demand Draft in favor of “SRDE's Association of Higher Education Institutions" payable at Delhi to be sent to SAHEI, A-1/4, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi- 110 085. Helpline No: 09311305286
- The fees for the NAT Online must be sent along with two color photographs and copy of one self-attested photo id (eg. Driving license, passport, voter id card or PAN card) to the above address and the candidate should wait for the confirmation through email. He/She can also view the receipt of the amount by SRDE-SAHEI by login to his/her account.
- Once this amount and documents are received by SRDE- SAHEI; student will be notified with an email and he/she shall be eligible to book his/her exam. The candidate can choose the test city/ centre and time slot as per convenience/ availability. However; even after the lapse of 15 days; if no booking is made by the candidate; the candidate shall be allotted a time slot and date which shall be final / binding and non-changeable. Hence; the candidate should book the time slot as soon as the confirmation/ message is received from SAHEI office to book a date/ time slot for the proposed test.
The time slot available for booking is as under:
a) 9:00 am to 11:30 am
b) 11:45 am to 2:15 pm
c) 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm
- The NAT Online score card shall be issued to the candidate after the test from the test centre itself.
