NAT is brought to you by SRDE, Delhi and any participation is voluntary. Eligibility of participation will be determined by the screening committee of SRDE. SRDE reserves the sole right to decide on whether a candidate meets the eligibility criteria. The test is subject to force majeure events. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SRDE. SRDE reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time. Regular terms and conditions of SRDE apply. SRDE reserves the right to change any clause without prior notice. All decisions in this regard shall be at the sole discretion of SRDE and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against SRDE. SRDE shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of participating in the NAT administration.
